Title: Project Engineer

Duties:

  • Prepare contract documents

  • Analyze specifications and drawings for budget and scheduling

  • Monitors project progress, design specifications

  • Analyze data includes maps, reports, tests, drawings

  • Perform utility layouts, and grading

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as Project Engineer or Civil Engineer or Equivalent

  • Bachelor in Project Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent

Title: SENIOR COST ESTIMATOR MANAGER

Duties:

  • Lead the estimating team in the execution of cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects.

  • Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define scope of work and identify long-lead items.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates across design phases: conceptual, schematic, design development, and bid-build.

  • Organize and facilitate value engineering and cost reduction workshops with clients, architects, and consultants.

  • Manage subcontractor procurement, including bid solicitation, bid leveling, and contract recommendations.

  • Review project plans for constructability, regulatory compliance, and scope clarity.

  • Track project costs against budgets, prepare cost reports, and monitor risk registers throughout construction.

  • Support project managers and executives by providing cost analyses, financial forecasts, and bid strategies.

  • Participate in client and subcontractor meetings, presenting cost findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Architecture, or closely related degrees and 2 years of employment experience in the position or as Project Engineer, Assistant Site Manager, Cost Estimator, or closely related fields.

Salary:

  • $100,000/annum

Hours:

  • Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
