A Certified PMP with Civil Engineering Background, Maged obtained a MBA in Construction Management, Maged brings to Ray Builders 27 years of diversified experience in the construction industry. Maged has completed a number of varied and notable projects in Abu Dhabi. Some of his projects include the Regent Emirates Pearl Hotel, an Iconic Elliptical Twisting Tower; Golden Mile, 10 Commercial buildings located on the palm of Jumeiral; Dalma Tower, 2 residential towers 40 floors each.
Andrew Feigenbaum
Project Manager
Andrew obtained a masters in construction management from NYU in Manhattan. His responsibilities include writing and awarding contracts; developing schedules and phasing plans; consulting with clients, architects, and engineers; and ensuring compliance within contract documents. His expert navigation skills in challenging logistic conditions and a thorough knowledge of complex building systems, have resulted in a number of successful projects for Ray Builders.
Vincenzo Grasso
VP - Business Development
Vincenzo has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. He has worked on both residential and commercial projects, ranging from large luxury private residences to high rise buildings. He is specialized in external building envelopes, including windows and curtain wall systems. He has worked with multiple developers in various fields of the construction industry throughout the USA, Europe and Israel.
Jennifer Rennie
Project Manager
Jennifer studied civil engineering at Purdue University and architectural engineering at Suffolk County Community College and has over 15 years of experience in construction project management. She is currently the onsite lead project manager on the 32 million dollar Ditmas Care and Rehabilitation Center project in Brooklyn, NY. Jennifer is responsible for site and office supervision of all aspects of the project including, but not limited to: value engineering, manpower analysis, subcontractor buy outs, client meetings, scheduling and coordination of trades.
Josiah Descartes
Project Manager
Josiah has been in the field of construction in NYC for 30 years. He has worked on both residential and commercial jobs, ranging from large apartment buildings to challenging healthcare projects. In his past position, Josiah has worked on many NYC projects that involved multiple city and state agencies such as DASNY and NYCSCA. Many responsibilities Josiah encounters encompass managing the building layouts, scheduling, creating and maintaining all logs and observation of trade.
Bob Miller
Project Manager
With over 45 years of working experience, Bob has extensive knowledge in construction and design for multi-million dollar projects. His strategic project planning and solid reputation results in reduced costs and on-time project completion with quality and attention to every detail. An area of expertise is coordination of all trades in the office and on the field.
Yasemin Goksen
Project Manager
Yasemin received her degree from Yildiz Techincal University in Istanbul, Turkey and has 9 years of experience in the construction and engineering field. She is currently overseeing the structural and building envelope on one of our major NYC projects. Her responsibilities include subcontractor buyout, submittals and shop drawing coordination and initiating the project schedule.
Seth Haber
Project Manager
With more than 15 years of experience, Seth has successfully managed an extensive range of projects including an array of residential, commercial, educational, and religious institutions. Seth is a strong leader who motivates project staff to perform at high levels to meet project expectations. His duties include participation at the pre-construction planning phase, obtaining all necessary permits and licenses, project scheduling, and coordinating all field operations.
Asaf Moavan
Project Manager
Asaf graduated with a degree in structural engineering at Ariel University in Israel. He worked as a construction engineer on numerous prestigious construction sites is Israel. Before relocating to the United States and joining Ray Builders, Asaf was the engineer for the Apple Headquarters in Herzliya, a city close to Tel Aviv . Asaf is currently PM on 2 of Ray Builders commercial projects.
Sam Malik
Project Manager
Sam is a seasoned PM with expertise in vertical as well as heavy highway construction. In the past 25 years, he has successfully completed many high-profile construction projects in NYC and upstate NY. He is a strong leader with an exceptional eye for detail. Sam is the recipient of the HVBA Pinnacle Award in Construction in 2007 for Best Innovative Product or Service for the successful completion of the Whispering Woods Sewage Treatment Facility. He continues with Ray Builders in the capacity of project manager, currently on Gramercy Square project in NYC.
Rivka Shapiro
Assistant Project Manager
Rivka obtained a B.S. in Construction Management from Florida International University, and possess five years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry. She has experience with various types of commercial projects such as hospitals, high rise apartment buildings, libraries, schools and offices. Some of her responsibilities include pre-construction & planning; collaborating with owners, architects, and engineers; value engineering; estimating; budgeting; bidding; subcontractor buyouts; site coordination; purchasing; submittals; material management; quality control; and project close-out.
Manny Maglanoc
Chief Estimator
A licensed Engineer from his home country, Manny obtained a Master’s in Business Administration. Prior to moving over to the US, he was with Coca-Cola Bottlers Phils for over 15 years, his last position held was Sr. Manager for Infrastructure Planning with the company’s Engineering-Technical Services Division. Currently he has over 12 years experience estimating with New York GC/CM’s, most recently on high rise hotels and large residential buildings. As Chief Estimator Manny is responsible for managing and handling all the company’s bidding & estimating requirements.
Rafael Ramirez
General Superintendent
Rafael is a driven construction professional with over 20 years experience as a Construction Superintendent/ Supervisor on multi-million dollar projects in New York City. His capabilities include managing projects from conception to completion, including inspections and sign off. His strong industry knowledge and business leadership skills,helps Rafael efficiently manage complex contracts and project scheduling to ensure smooth operations, quality customer service and ownership satisfaction.
Tat Leung
Pre-Construction Manager/ Estimator
Tat studied in Pratt Institute, where he earned a Bachelors of Professional Studies in Construction Management. He has been working in the construction field for the past 6 years, and has gained much knowledge in the structure design and drawings. Tat thoroughly reviews and coordinates all the drawings for the current projects.
